- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, quality management) or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in leading quality improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
- Experience in QA/QC processes, including quality inspection techniques and statistical analysis
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate quality-related information to stakeholders
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks

**Salary**: $60,012.01-$75,000.00 per year
