Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
