Rental Coordinator

We are currently hiring a Rental Coordinator to join our growing team

Crown Lift Trucks Canada operates eight full-service branches in both Ontario and Quebec offering complete service solutions including maintenance programs, parts supply, and training.

This position is accountable to the Branch Manager and Shop Supervisor for performing administrative duties (preparation of reports), billing and filing for rental contracts/orders, as well as warranty and shop job orders.
- Analyzes data
- Prepares billing, processes accounts payable, filing, and other related duties for rental contracts
- Verifies planned maintenance on all rental units and maintains details on computer
- Prepares regular and ad hoc reports
- Identifies areas of inconsistency
- Liaises with customer both internal and external
- Will respond to customer calls and processes orders
- Arranges and schedules cartage of Rental and Customer Equipment
- Provides assistance and support as required for all activities and functions as assigned

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
