- Le CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal est présentement à la recherche d’un technicien ou d’une technicienne en administration, à temps complet, au sein du service d’activités de remplacement, au Centre hospitalier St. Mary’s, situé dans le secteur Côtes-des-Neiges.
- Rôles et responsabilités généraux:
- Agir à titre de personne ressource auprès des gestionnaires, des employés et des membres de l’équipe RH pour toute question relative au service des activités de remplacement;
- Participer aux rencontres d’équipes et aux diverses réunions lorsque requis;
- Exercer une vigie des activités de son service et participer à mettre en place les meilleurs pratiques, politiques, et procédures au bon fonctionnement de l’organisation;
- Assurer les communications auprès des divers clients et partenaires;
- Donner du support et contribuer à la résolution de problématiques dans son service;
- Collaborer avec l’équipe à identifier des opportunités d’amélioration et contribue à la mise en œuvre de divers projets;
- Accomplir toute tâche à la demande de son supérieur immédiat dans ses champs de compétence.

Rôles et responsabilités spécifiques:
- Planifier les horaires des employés (confection et codification des journées travaillées, absences planifiées, orientations, formations, etc.);
- Gérer les disponibilités des employés;
- Modifier les horaires quotidiens (inscription du temps supplémentaire, des pauses non-prises, des primes, etc.), au besoin;
- Accompagner l’équipe dans les dossiers spéciaux, ex. : campagne de vaccination;
- Gérer les équipes garantie d’heures;
- Gérer de l’équipe de remplacement (employés qui ont subi une supplantation/mise-à-pied);
- Gérer les dossiers d’accommodement;
- Gérer les orientations (nouveaux employés avec disponibilité sur appel, ajout de département pour la disponibilité sur appel, etc.);
- Gérer les demandes de congés et d’échanges;
- Gérer les calendriers de vacances biannuelles pour les employés sur l’équipe volante et la liste de rappel;
- Solliciter des employés en dernier recours (négociations).

Salaire horaire : 24,21$ à 32,32$, selon expérience- Requirements :- Détient un DEC technique en administration, en bureautique ou dans une discipline connexe;
- Est apte à communiquer en français et en anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
- Maîtrise Word et Excel;
- Fait preuve d’adaptabilité et de tolérance à la pression;
- Possède un excellent sens des responsabilités et de l’organisation;
- Fait preuve d’un bon service à la clientèle;
