Accounts Administrator

Leduc, Canada Carbon Medical Services Ltd. Full time

Responsibilities:

- Perform general office duties, such maintain insurance information, assist with Supply Chain and inventory.
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Coordinate and support projects as assigned
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or issues
- Obtain any required approvals from Management
- Track expenses and process reports
- Assist with maintain vendor, and employee files
- Assist with forecasting with management
- Ability to work within Microsoft Office and if required any other system that we will be using

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Leduc, AB T9E 0Z4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
