They are currently seeking an Executive Chef who can continue to uphold their high culinary standards while bringing creativity and innovation to their renowned seafood-focused menu.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire kitchen operation, including menu development, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Develop and maintain the highest standard of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Foster a positive, creative, and collaborative kitchen environment, encouraging the team to uphold these standards.
- Source high-quality ingredients, with a focus on sustainable and local seafood.
- Monitor and control kitchen expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising food quality.
- Represent the restaurant in media and public relations initiatives as required.
- Uphold the highest levels of safety and sanitation in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and food safety standards.
- Implement new culinary techniques and presentations to enhance the dining experience and keep the restaurant at the forefront of culinary trends.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to align the kitchen’s objectives with the broader goals of the restaurant.
- Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Significant culinary experience, preferably as an Executive Chef in a high-end seafood or similar restaurant.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
- Excellent knowledge of seafood preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing kitchen teams.
- In-depth understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Excellent record of kitchen and staff management.
- Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage costs and inventory effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
