Administrative Assistant-real Estate

**Busy agent is seeking an extremely organized and possess good people skills, computer skills, be familiar with major social media platforms and a pleasant telephone manner.**
**Monday to Friday 9-5**
**Location: Vaughan, Ontario close to Vaughan Mills**
**Duties Includes**:
- Completing and submitting deals paperwork
- Post ads on social media
- Maintain client database
- Track monthly expenses
- Prepare buyer's package for client meetings
- Ordering for sale signs and removal
- Coordinate with the design department on marketing materials
- Search listings on MLS
**Required Skills**:
- General Understanding of the Real Estate Business is an asset
- Must be professional both in written form and Verbal
- Must have Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
- Professional Phone Etiquette
- Great computer skills
- Must be able to Multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong Organized and Self Motivated
**Salary**: $21.50-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- North York, ON M3C 0H5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (preferred)
