We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team as the Front Desk Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in the automotive field, as we are a small, close knit shop involved in repairs of all makes and models of vehicles. We are looking for someone with at least one year experience in customer service/office setting, and a background in automotive is a valuable asset.

Responsibilities will include:

- Opening and closing of shop.
- Answering phones and taking appointments (including detailed information about vehicle and issue to be worked on), ensuring thorough and accurate communication at all stages of jobs with customers, technicians, suppliers.
- Greeting customers and intake of vehicles to be worked on
- Preparing work orders for technicians, ordering & sourcing parts as needed for jobs.
- Preparing quotes/estimates for customers.
- Keeping office area in clean and orderly fashion, ordering supplies as necessary.

The above listed will be the main aspects of the job, although it can vary on the day to day.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
