Under the direction of the Director of Sales & Marketing, the position performs a variety of functions. These duties include but are not limited to customer service of current accounts and future lead generation, cold calling, and prospecting for new business opportunities. The remaining points are inserted under the duties and responsibilities sections.

**Education**
- Completion of a University degree or College diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Civil Engineering Degree or Civil Engineering Technology diploma preferred.

**Knowledge**
- 3-5 years’ experience in a related role.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM databases.
- Sales and customer experience, within the construction industry.
- Familiar with reviewing and understanding AutoCAD drawings and blueprints.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Excellent people and management skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and peers.
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills to resolve conflicts and problems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain an excellent rapport with co-workers.

**Responsibilities**:

- In collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing, provide proactive customer service to current customer accounts through; follow-up after the completion of a project(s) for customer feedback, answer any questions the customer may have, and proactively discuss with the customer their future requirements.
- Initiate the sales process through prospecting and cold calling, providing product information, clarifying the customer’s requirements, and enter all lead information in Albarrie’s CRM system - for follow up and relationship building.
- Research and report on leads generated through CRM.
- Maintain the CRM system for the AGC division, with customer interaction and history notes for future sales opportunity.
- Coordinate with the marketing division to assist in AGC marketing initiatives, including social media, website, brochures, and advertisements.
- Assist in preparing timely sales information and reports for management.
- Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with company and department policies, procedures, and standards.
- Maintains client and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
