**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:
- Research recruitment and Strategic Enrolment Management trends to inform recruitment strategies to meet institutional enrolment goals
- Devise and oversee the execution of St. Mary’s recruitment plan
- Collaborate with other departments to foster cooperation and participation in recruitment activities
- Plan and execute recruitment events like Open House, New Student Orientation and Counsellor Updates
- Supervise, coach, direct and support Recruitment and Community Engagement Officers
- Build and strengthen relationships with high school counsellors, prospective students and other external stakeholders
**QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES**:
- Bachelors degree required accompanied by a minimum 5 years work experience in a post-secondary setting, preferably in recruitment, advising, student services or enrolment services
- Experience and leadership skills dealing with diverse teams and situations
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, including an ability to interact with students, staff, faculty, and the public using patience, tact, diplomacy, understanding and excellent listening skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and a knowledge of the Alberta post secondary environment
- Understanding of issues and trends affecting post-secondary education
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to assess and process information accurately
- Ability to communicate patiently and effectively, in verbal and written form with a diverse range of people and situations
- Comfortable working with various software packages including with Microsoft office
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to problem solve and ability to set priorities and multi-task
- Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment and demonstrate initiative
- Research skills
- A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is required
- Ability to promote, or at least respect, the institution’s Catholic mission and identity
