We are seeking an Administration Team Lead to lead and support the Administration banking team ensuring timely completion of a variety of administrative tasks supporting both the Business and Retail teams and contributing to the delivery of member service excellence.

**What are some key responsibilities?**
- Provides training, support and assistance in the completion of tasks by the Administration team.
- Monitors the workload of administration team, assists with prioritization and completion of activities, and ensures member needs are being fulfilled in a competent and timely manner.
- Monitors the activities of the Business Banking/Personal Banking/Member Service Administration team, including preparation of respective account and loan documents. Ensures timely and accurate preparation of respective solicitor instructions and documents.
- Conducts compliance reviews of completed security packages as appropriate prior to funding.
- Oversees the activities of the administration team for efficiency and accuracy, ensuring member needs are met in a timely manner. Identifies process weaknesses or opportunities for efficiency improvement and makes recommendations for change.
- Implements actions and processes to increase the efficiency of the department, including timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Manages and monitors the activities of the Administration team to ensure a high performing and professional team is serving the Credit Union’s membership base, including hiring, performance management, coaching and ongoing training and team development. Conducts regular coaching and performance management activities with direct reports and completes employee reviews.

**What skills and attributes does an Administration Team Lead need?**
- Demonstrates exemplary Christian character including a desire to promote biblical financial stewardship.
- Possesses Christian Credit Union core values of humble, hungry and people smart.
- High School Diploma required with 1-3 years of banking experience. A foundational knowledge of business and retail banking policies, procedures and related legislation and regulations is required.
- Solutions oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and demonstrates strong computer literacy.
- 1-3 years of experience in professional services office, real estate office or registry office in an administrative role is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $41,520.00-$61,900.00 per year
