**PERFORMANCE COACH - BOXING**:
**What is a Performance Boxing Coach?**

A Performance Boxing Coach provides high quality coaching, engagement and instruction in our state-of-the-art Performance Boxing studio. Our Performance Boxing Coaches will have completed the Craft Boxing Co. training. They will possess elite coaching skills and an ability to deliver world class fitness experiences to our Performance Members while driving participation in classes and creating a sense of community.

- An outgoing personality and passionate about the power of community, fitness and boxing.
- Ability to inspire, entertain and energize all participants
- Ability to attract and motivate people to do their best
- Ability to perform at your peak every day with elite coaching and communication skills
- Previous experience in the Health and Fitness industry
- Previous boxing experience in a competitive setting, group, small group or team training capacity
- Boxing, Personal Training, Fitness Instructor or equivalent certification
- Craft Boxing Co. certification or willingness to take
- Personal leadership, and the ability to demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, and maintain credibility as a professional and a willingness to continue to learn
- Must be committed to contributing to a culture that celebrates diversity, equity and inclusion and embraces social and environmental responsibility

**What will you be doing?**
- Delivery of an exceptional, effective and safe boxing experience for Members that focuses on the fundamentals of boxing.
- Follow the Craft Boxing Co. Programming and training guidelines.
- Promotion of the Performance Boxing program and helping build a community
- Act with integrity, building trusting relationships within the team and across the company
- Coach a variety of boxing workouts in a state-of-the-art training studio
- Work with your fellow coaches and Club to ensure programming is on trend, innovative and well attended.
- Learning from the best and building a strong program and Team.
- Handle any Performance Member concerns and inquires in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner and discuss with Performance Head Coach or Club Management
- Support and promote all GoodLife programs and services.
- Assist in maintaining club cleanliness - especially in Performance Studio areas.
- Maintain effective working relationships with Management and other Associates of the Club and across the Performance Program community
