Integration System Coach

Lead/Coach customer in the process of creating Integration center of excellence(COE) or Centre of Enablement (C4E) .

Responsibilities would include but not limited to:

  • Help assess customer’s integration maturity to identify gaps, capabilities and methodologies required
  • Expected to help assess customer’s overall maturity of integration landscape, taking into the consider the following

§ Methodology and level of maturity

  • Actively lead the process of performing gap analysis and develops list of Integration Improvements
  • Create report summing up findings for stakeholders to understand the gaps and next steps.
  • The engagement report should identify the following
    • Document current state and desired future state
    • Document and recommend improvements
    • Desired integration model C4E vs COE – Identify the pros and f each model for customer and recommend a model for customer based on customer’s business landscape
    • Recommend team structure needed to achieve the desired state/Model
    • Recommend # of staff required for an organization of customer’s size
  • Engagement report should also outline a roadmap, including short-term and long-term projects and initiatives, enabling the organization to achieve desired state
  • Help to create a multi phased roadmap deployment plan. The deployment plan should take into account people, processes, and technology.
  • The deployment roadmap should include but not limited to
    • People : training, team structure, roles, processes
    • Process: Integration process, Governance Model, Mission, Charter, etc..)
    • Technology : tool recommendations

Experience :

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in this role
  • Hands on experience in helping to create a COE or C4E
  • Experience in working with integration tool such as Mulesoft and Informatica would be an asset
  • Develops domain knowledge by understand business processes.
  • Demonstrates leadership, coaches and mentors peers. Provides technical guidance and expertise.
