Dyer Brown LLP is a long established law firm with offices in London and Toronto. Our Insurance Defence Practices are growing. This position is part time and will be working with our Toronto staff, hybrid remote.

To be successful in this role:

- You will enjoy the challenge of the intricacies of the files as no two files are the same
- You pride yourself on your accuracy, excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and your ability to manage your time in an environment of change and competing priorities
- You value a document management system as a digital tool to help you manage your day to day workload
- You are equally comfortable working independently as you are a member of a great team
- You have experience or a desire to learn about the administration of the practice including drafting correspondence, dictation, scheduling (mediation, examination for discovery, phone calls etc), court filings (through an online portal), drafting documents etc.
- You will be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- You have a clear understanding of civil litigation procedures and the _Rules of Civil Procedure_

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
