We have an exciting opportunity for a post secondary student with our Facilities/Redevelopment Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Redevelopment; this individual will have a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in their projects. The individual must meet the qualifications listed below and will be responsible for the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting a full space audit throughout the campus.
- Confirming existing space allocation and usage.
- Documenting space layouts.
- Identifying vacant or under-utilized space.
- Creating an updatable database of information.
- Producing a final report on findings.
- Updating and maintaining base building drawings
- Overseeing Moves
- Providing project support to other redevelopment staff as required
- Other duties as assigned and time permits.

Qualifications include:

- Current enrollment in a degree or diploma program in architectural technology or other related field required.
- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Outlook.
- Previous experience with database creation, and data entry required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, preference will be given to those with previous customer service experience.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
- Energetic and enthusiastic and able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
- Researching and interviewing skills an asset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Satisfactory attendance record.
