Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Senior Architectural Designer to join our Toronto office. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with talented architects and technologists to produce quality projects for private sector clients.

  • You will develop project criteria, scope of services, detailed work plans, drawing lists, schedules, and resource requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You will push the boundaries of design while meeting clients' needs, participate in stakeholder meetings, create design concepts, and presentation material.
  • You will lead, motivate, and manage the project team to produce successful design and construction documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A recognized degree in architecture coupled with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • OAA registration is preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare (hospital) planning is an asset as well as solid knowledge of building construction.
  • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • An innovative and forward-thinking approach to design and a natural curiosity for staying current with new trends, materials, and construction methods.
  • Strong technical knowledge and technical drawing experience in Revit.
  • Excellent graphic communication and presentation skills.
