As an Architectural Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing architectural projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will encompass project planning, coordination, budgeting, and team management to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Leadership**:Take charge of architectural projects, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
- **Team Management**:Build and lead a collaborative team of architects, designers, engineers, and other professionals, fostering a cohesive and motivated work environment.
- **Project Planning**:Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Establish timelines, milestones, and allocate resources effectively.
- **Budget Oversight**:Manage project budgets, track expenses, and monitor financial performance. Implement cost-effective strategies while adhering to quality standards.
- **Design and Documentation**:Review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure they meet design intent, building codes, and industry standards.
- **Client Communication**:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
- **Ristk Management**:Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively resolve issues to prevent disruptions to project timelines and quality.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:Ensure projects adhere to relevant local, state, and federal regulations, zoning codes, and building ordinances.
- **Quality Assurance**:Uphold the highest standards of quality in design, construction, and project documentation. Conduct regular reviews and inspections to verify compliance.
- **Construction Oversight**:Collaborate with construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate execution of architectural plans on-site.
- **Progress Tracking**:Monitor project progress, update stakeholders, and provide regular status reports. Address deviations from the project plan promptly and implement corrective actions.

**Must Have Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Professional licensure as an architect is preferred.
- Familiarity with consulting and coordination of consultants
- Proven experience as an architectural project manager, demonstrating successful project delivery and team leadership.
- Proficiency in architectural design software and project management tools
- Microsoft Project, Primavera, Rhino, Revit, and AutoCad
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Leadership capabilities and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
