**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive team environment.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase clientele.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies within budget.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly with excellent phone etiquette.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and sales management, to achieve business goals.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and staff.
- Experience in team management, fostering collaboration and motivation among staff members.
- Sales management experience is highly desirable to drive revenue growth.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
- Strong math skills for handling financial transactions accurately.
- Ability to market spa services creatively to attract new clients.

Pay: $16.00-$21.00 per hour
