**Salka Spa Receptionist Role**We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth spa experience. Your role will involve managing appointments, handling cash transactions, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

**Accountabilities**
- Update the reservation/cancellations list throughout the day, informing service providers of last minute changes and resolve scheduling issues as needed.
- Checking in and out clients using POM machine, Room key system, and cash.
- Folding laundry for service providers and general cleaning duties.
- Keeping the changerooms and lounge areas stocked and presentable.
- Responsible for cash float.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and proficiency in computer keyboarding skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work 10:00am-6:30pm with an unpaid 30 minute lunch beak.
- Ability to workdays, evenings, weekends and holidays.

**Working Conditions**
- Required to move, lift, carry, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire shift.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
