**What we need**

We are currently seeking a passionate Manager, Massage Therapy and Esthetics.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Operations, the Manager, Massage Therapy and Esthetics is responsible for managing a dynamic team of Artisans and independent contractors, ensuring smooth running of daily operations while respecting established organizational standards for the quality of products and services. The incumbent will also perform activities related to the optimization of the guest experience, optimizing revenue opportunities, various administrative duties, building relationships with guests and the development of their team.

**What you will do**

Management Activities: planning, organization, and control
- Analyze guest feedback and improve the daily operations in and around our Spa village;
- Ensure that the guest experience is impeccable, according to the standards dictated by our brand;
- Follow up on guest complaints and resolve them in a satisfactory manner together with your Assistant Director;
- Plan the supply and demand of services offered by the massage therapy and esthetics department optimizing revenue opportunities;
- Oversee product sales
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the premises;
- Complete reports relevant to the operations and any incidents that occur;
- Together with the Procurement Team, ensure stocks are available to conduct treatments;
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, as well as guests externally;
- Performs any other related duties.

**Leadership and Collaboration**
- Participate in the recruitment, selection, integration, training and evaluation of employees;
- Participate in the recruitment, selection, onboarding and management of independent contractors;
- Establish work schedules for massage therapy and esthetics according to operational needs;
- Promote active employee engagement to ensure that established standards are met or exceeded;
- Manage, guide and inspire your team, ensuring continuous development & training

**Profile needed**

What is the profile needed in order to be successful in this position
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in customer service in wellness or hospitality industry;
- Minimum experience of two (2) years in an office management position preferably in a spa or clinic;
- College or University diploma in personnel or office management, healthcare, tourism or business administration;
- Experience as a Registered Massage Therpist an asset;
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint);
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
- Possess good sense of organization, attention to detail, planning and monitoring, as well as great professional rigor;
- Inspirational and dynamic leader;
- Ability to develop and maintain positive and lasting business relationships; energetic, committed, and customer-focused (internal and external);
- Respect confidentiality and exercise good judgment and discretion.

Your will work 40 hours/week on flexible schedule (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).
