**POSITION DUTIES**

As a member of the Turf Team, you will aid in the daily upkeep and maintenance of the golf course grounds. This involves a variety of manual landscaping tasks. Essential tasks include:

- Walk mowing (greens, tees, high value roughs)
- Ride mowing (fairways and roughs)
- Bunker maintenance (hand raking, sand depth checking, bunker bank mowing)
- Trimming long grass around trees, landscape beds and hardscape
- Hand watering turf, trees, and ornamentals

You must possess the ability to work independently, and in a group setting, to achieve common course conditioning goals.

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES**
- Reliable transportation to accommodate work schedule
- An ability to work scheduled shifts which include early mornings and weekend work
- A consistently positive, supportive and inclusive attitude
- Effectively communicate with fellow team members, the membership and their guests
- Ability to take ownership of your work and help solve problems as they arise
- Physically capable of landscaping tasks that include extended periods of walking, lifting and digging
