**As a Learning & Development Coordinator (CPA Student Program & Practical Experience Advisor) your responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinate the administration functions within CPA’s practical experience reporting tool (PERT) to ensure compliance
- Coordinate CPA student hires through the onboarding process as it relates to both CPA education and practical experience
- Coordinate and/or facilitate CPA-related internal and external training sessions
- Coordinate CPA mentor program including assignment of mentors and internal training for new and existing mentors
- Provide advisement on CPA Practical Experience Requirements and internal policy to CPA students and other stakeholders, such as CPA mentors and program leaders
- Support various stakeholders within the firm on different aspects of CPA program including People and Culture, Talent Attraction, Operations and External Client Services Group
- Support components of firm’s return for service agreement and program support including expense management and policy interpretation
- Prepare and share reports related to tracking of program, student, and mentor activities, to ensure compliance with internal and external policies and requirements
- Prepare, administer, analyze and report on surveys and evaluations for the program
- Contribute to process improvement through policy and process review, identifying training opportunities and process mapping for various aspects of CPA program as needed
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required, including supporting the broader Learning and Development team

- Completed post-secondary education (university degree and/or college diploma)
- 3+ years prior administative or coordinator experience
- Priors experience with learning and development or program coordination (preferably at a professional services firm)
- Prior experience working with the CPA program and CPA’s Practical Experience Reporting Tool (PERT)
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with a strong attention to detail
- Outstanding project management and prioritization skills
- Proven interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Experience with learning platforms is an asset
- Experience in training needs analysis, course design, curriculum development, program implementation/delivery and evaluation is valuable
