**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Providing ‘tier 2’ support and guidance** for student registration, re-registration, timeline extension, admission to membership and documentation submission inquiries and assisting students through these processes while ensuring a premium student experience.

**Supporting the preparation of appeal files **related to student deregistration and re-registration.

**Who You Are**:
A post-secondary graduate with a degree or diploma in Business or a related discipline.

Experienced with administration and customer service with strong organization, time-management and problem-solving skills.

Technically savvy and knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel (advanced), Access, Outlook, Teams. Experience with Salesforce is considered an asset.

A strong communicator (verbal and written) with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to deal with individuals and situations with tact, discretion and diplomacy.

Able to prioritize multiple deadlines and excel at time management combined with a high degree of attention to accuracy and detail.

Self-motivated, flexible, with the ability to work as part of the team and work autonomously.
