**Account Management**

**Mission**:
To ensure clients:

- Have depth (quality) in support so they can achieve said results
- Have depth (quality) in support so they can achieve said result
- Increase client retention rate / 6m LTV minimum (Average)
- Make sure the account setup is completed properly (ad account payment method)
- Make sure clients are satisfied with the service.
- Communicate with the internal team to give feedback and suggestions.
- Respond to clients questions and requests in a timely manner.
- Analyze data and produce reports on clients’ activities

**Requirements Successfully Manage Accounts**:

- Attend daily meetings at 10:00am EST with report ready
- 50 account maximum
- M-Fri 10-7 Slack support
- Communicate with media buyers on store status
- Experience in e-commerce
- Marketing experience
- Comfortable using Shopify

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $40,494.00-$46,351.00 per year
