**The Big Task**

As an Inventory and Warehouse Specialist, you will oversee the equipment and tools as well as the storage and record keeping of the inventory. You will clean and inspect the shop floor and document any new purchases and repairs. You will also source any additional tools that staff might need to complete a project.

**Key Sub Tasks**
- Issuing, receiving, and storing inventory in an orderly and accessible manner
- Maintaining check out process to properly track inventory
- Maintaining inventory accuracy by conducting regular audits and reconciling discrepancies
- Ordering and purchasing additional inventory/timely replacement of inventory used
- Communicating with suppliers to ensure the inventory arrives on time
- Assisting staff with inventory needs and answering questions regarding inventory Communicating all damaged or missing items to the Manager
- Receiving/Picking-up deliveries from suppliers
- Keeping inventory in the shop floor organized
- Cleaning and maintaining the shop floor
- Identifying areas for continuous improvement activity for safety, cost, quality, and efficiency
- Performing all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by all health and safety rules and regulations.
- Other tasks as assigned.

**Skills Required**:

- Inventory experience required, warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with mínimal supervision
- Proficient computer skills
- Valid “G” License with a clean abstract
- Ability to be available on call on weekends and holidays as required

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
