We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join Matthew Scott.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Processing:Unload incoming shipments from trucks or other delivery vehicles, verify the quantity and condition of received goods against purchase orders or invoices, and accurately record incoming shipments in the inventory management system.
  • Inventory Management:Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular cycle counts and stock checks, assist in implementing inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels.
  • Picking and Packing:Accurately pick products from storage locations according to customer orders, pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring proper packaging materials are used.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
