Combining OEG’s foundational healthcare background (Rexall, Guardian/IDA), a patient-focused mindset and our deep understanding of cannabis we are creating a new standard in Medical Cannabis in Canada.

As we prepare to enter the Canadian medical cannabis marketplace, we are in search of a Warehouse/Inventory Associate who will play a key role at our distribution facility in Toronto.

**KEY PRIORITIES/PROJECTS**

This position is responsible for accurately managing inventory through the company’s supply chain, including receipt of orders, picking, packing, and shipping products for clients and collaborating with the procurement team to replenish inventory stock as established by policies and procedures.

The role must operate in full and complete compliance with Health Canada’s _Cannabis Act, Cannabis Regulations,_ the _Food and Drug Act_ and the _Controlled Drugs and Substances Act_.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Order receiving, including physical receipt of goods, logging of POs/inventory into the company’s ERP system, identifying any shipment errors/damages, etc.
- Inventory counts, working to ensure inventory levels support the ongoing needs of the business
- Final packaging of goods to be shipped.
- Order fulfilment - pick/pack/ship of client orders, including requisite paperwork.
- Managing shipment logistics with transportation partners.
- Physical requirements: lifting up to 30 pounds, carrying, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods of time.
- Must be willing to learn and use various technology.
- Proven ability to be a team player and work in a team environment.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Strong focus on customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Experience in a distribution center/warehouse/ manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Experience working with ERP systems in an asset.
