Sales Coordinator

**Description**:
Promote customer satisfaction through efficient and timely after-sales support for assigned accounts and/or product lines.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Provide commercial clarifications to TS for quotes and clarifications for assigned accounts
- Create company VDR and documentation quote for applicable quotes
- Keep assigned account company and contact information up to date in CRM
- Accurate and timely entry of sales orders and purchase orders according to company processes and procedures
- Manage documentation control for applicable orders according to company processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate backlog reports for applicable orders according to company processes and procedures
- Provide expediting and inform clients of delays or problems with delivery according to company processes and procedures
- Support assigned AM's by assisting with scheduling, maintaining accurate customer records, providing reports and communicating relevant information regarding assigned accounts
- Maintain assigned account Terms & Conditions and provide exceptions or clarifications for applicable quotes and file according to company processes and procedures
- All other duties as assigned from time to time
**Required Experience**:
- 2-5 years experience in the sale of instrumentation and controls
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
