Part-time Experienced Real Estate Front Desk/admin

Are you an experienced Real Estate administrator with exceptional Real Estate skills? If so, then we want to hear from you This extremely busy Central Toronto brokerage is looking for a motivated team player to join our outstanding support staff team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Scheduling appointments for agents to show properties to potential buyers or renters.
- Broker Load - input MLS listings, upload photos, scan documents, process new listing documents (price changes, extensions) enter listing information and appointment instructions into BrokerBay
- Offers - prepare offers, amendments, waivers, and other related forms and document
- Typing requests including drafting letters and other documents
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum high school education, with a preference for college-level courses/diploma
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in Real Estate office administration.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience using BrokerBay, Webforms and Authentisign
- Must be familiar with OREA forms and navigating Stratus
- Exceptional customer service
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask and problem solve
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and have a flexible schedule
- RECO/ TREB rules
- Wage based on experience
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $16.55-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
