**_ About You:_**

**Responsibilities**
- Support overall marketing strategy and execution to hit internal KPI goals
- Maintain an up-to-date campaign calendar and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders
- Tracking and reviewing all campaign metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis to identify opportunities for optimization, and help build dashboards and presentations for senior leadership
- Measurement and optimization of content and campaign performance
- Ensure all communications are aligned with the business KPIs, brand and compliance guidelines
- Work with graphics designers to develop marketing campaign creative assets
- Work cooperatively with cross-functional team of internal and external stakeholders - copywriter, compliance, operations and product
- Collaborating and assisting on other marketing/sales projects as requested

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma related to Marketing or Communications
- Certified as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator required
- Excellent relationship management & communication
- Highly analytical and adept in analyzing data and creating dashboards in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Very high attention to detail and excellent project management skills
- Experience in the financial industry preferred
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
