**Responsibilities**:
**The ability to execute walkthroughs and pin down each client’s specific needs on what kind of janitorial service they need. ** Take pride in your work, **take your job seriously, not so much yourself (we’re all goofballs here). **Your goal is to, build rapport, understand your prospective clients and ultimately sign the clients that are a proper fit for TCC, ensuring that you can fully understand the needs/wants of the client and together, with the help of management, create a plan to execute those needs/wants consistently.

**Communicating with Signings**:You will be the point of contact for signings that you earn. Strong communication skills and responsibility maintaining business relationships with clients are key requisites for this role.

**Handle Incoming Client Inquiries and Set Appointments for Walkthroughs.**

**Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills**

**LISTENING SKILLS**:We need to understand our client's pain points in order to serve them and form a long lasting trust-based relationship.

**Strong attention to detail**:Each client has different needs and pain points. We want to make sure we are covering all details that they expect us to cover.

**Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle**:You will be going on walkthroughs of different offices throughout the **GTA, so you MUST be able to travel to Toronto and surrounding cities. ** MUST be able to make scheduled appointments Monday-Friday.

**Benefits/Job Perks: Flexible schedules**:Set appointments and walkthroughs with clients at times that work for both you AND the client.Appointments are set during the work day and sometimes in the evening if suitable for our prospective client. Flexibility for appointment setting is key.

**Performance based wage increases**:Guaranteed growth as you sign clients. **Signing Bonuses** **AND** **Recurring Monthly Commissions **from those signings you earned.

**$300 sign-on bonus after 2 months** of continuous employment.
