The ideal person will play a crucial role in designing, installing, and maintaining advanced smart home automation systems. You will collaborate with clients, architects, interior designers, and other team members to transform houses into modern, intelligent, and personalized living spaces. If you are tech-savvy, creative, and passionate about the future of smart homes, we want you on our team.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then design customized smart home solutions
- Program and integrate smart home systems to ensure seamless operation and user-friendly interfaces for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of projects, including design plans, installation details, and equipment inventory.
- Stay updated on emerging smart home technologies and trends, and make recommendations to enhance our service offerings.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with installed systems, providing excellent customer support.
- Install and configure a variety of smart home devices and systems, including lighting, climate control, security, audio/video, and home automation controllers.

**What You Will Bring**
- Proficiency in IT technology and networking roles.
- Any experience in configuring and programming smart home systems (e.g., Control4, Crestron, Savant, etc.) is an asset
- Must have own vehicle and drivers license
- Strong technical knowledge of home networking, Wi-Fi, and IP-based systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CEDIA, CTA-CEA, etc.) are a plus.
