Job Duties Include:

- Acting as an ambassador for our company and our brands with all accounts in the territory;
- Making daily account visits throughout the territory;
- Increase market share in the territory;
- Build new, and maintain existing accounts;
- Develop expert beer knowledge and understanding of product line;
- Conduct promotions on a regular basis, including but not limited to, tastings and staff education;
- Source and participate in a variety of special events;
- Accurately report activities and account information to management;
- Track activities via CRM software.
- Reside in the Victoria area;
- Have 2-4 years experience in the hospitality, beer, wine or spirits industry, ideally in a sales role;
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of beer styles, production methods, and trends;
- Have previous experience with CRM Software;
- Be able to lift 50lbs;
- Have a reliable late model vehicle;
- Show an ability to constantly learn more;
- Have obtained Post-Secondary education;
- Have excellent written and oral communications skills;
- Display strong customer service skill;
- Demonstrate ability in negotiation and professional selling;
- Have strong time management and prioritization skills;
- Have proficiency in MS Office;
- Have a BC driver’s license with proof of a clean abstract.
