The Team

The mission of the Distribution Department is to provide seamless inbound and outbound services facilitating an agile distribution network.

The Opportunity

Aritzia is growing, and our Distribution team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the accurate receiving, storage, and shipping of our product to our stores and customers. As a Distribution Specialist for our outsourced Distribution Centers (3PLs), you will support in ensuring seamless distribution activities by coordinating day-to-day activities and offer administrative support to the Distribution Operations team. You will act as the single point of contact for the 3PLs for certain activities and relay key information to our 3PL-partners (e.g. forecasts/projections, key dates). The Role

As the Distribution Specialist, you will:

- Uphold the standards of operational excellence in our Distribution Centre and 3PLs day-to-day, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and facilitate the inbound operations within the Distribution Centre and 3PLs.
- Manage and facilitate the outbound operations within the Distribution Centre and 3PLs.
- Foster inventory accuracy and maximize operational efficiency within the Distribution Centre and 3PLs

The Qualifications

The Distribution Specialist has:

- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in
- Skills in a Distribution Centre environment
- Skills with Warehouse Management systems and SAP
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
