**The Position**:
As the **Outbound Logistics Specialist** **supporting Samsung Canada** (SECA) you will manage the daily execution of SECA’s Home Deliveries. The overall goal of the position is to provide effective direction and execution targets to SECA’s 3PL and 4PL Home Delivery resources. This includes but is not limited to; setting labor and productivity targets, ensuring all Division’s daily orders are picked and shipped, ensuring inventory replenishment and cycle counting is achieved, and managing urgent shipping requests and producing reports related to these activities.

This position is responsible for supporting the Home Delivery and SECA Retail teams. This position is also responsible for supporting the Reverse Logistics Specialist through coordinated efforts, reporting and back-up coverage.

The position liaises directly with Samsung’s Retail Excellence team, 3PL and 4PL partners, Business Operations Centre, customers, inventory teams and freight payments and will be based on-site at Samsung’s 3PL warehouse.

**What you’re responsible for**:

- Daily execution of outbound orders for Home Delivery, supporting a minimum target achievement for associated KPI’s
- Calculating volume targets, labor efforts and inventory needs daily
- Managing urgent shipping requests
- Establishing and publishing essential KPI’s at required deadlines
- Supporting Reverse Logistics Specialist, as required
- Ad-hoc reporting and various duties as required
- On-site activities at SECA’s 3PL warehouse, as required

**What you’ve done**:

- Post-secondary education from a recognized college or university required
- Minimum 3+ years of related warehouse/home delivery experience in logistics
- Membership in good standing with an accredited supply chain / logistics designation or similar is preferred. (P.Log, CITT / CCLP or similar)
- Professional working knowledge of Last Mile Delivery networks and carriers within Canadian market
- SAP/ERP competency required
- Experience in relatable consumer market and SKU mix in Canada is an asset
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- MS Office including intermediate Excel skills is required
- Data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis experience with demonstrable, verifiable output and report creation is required
- Customer Service Skills
- Consumer market familiarity in Canada
- Advanced knowledge of Canadian Geography, Transportation and Claims processes and the LTL market
