Salary starting at 25$/H

Day shift : Monday to Thursday 5:30AM to 5:30PM

Night shift : Monday to Thursday 5:30PM to 5:30AM

We are looking for a motivated individual with strong manual skills and a thirst for learning to join our team. This position is ideal for anyone looking to gain valuable experience in the manufacturing industry.

We offer a comprehensive and structured training program that will help you acquire essential job skills through progressive on-the-job learning under the supervision of experienced professionals.

Daily Tasks:

- Operate production equipment with precision to meet production requirements while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Set up and adjust equipment parameters as needed.
- Use a variety of tools and measuring devices to maintain, adjust, and repair machinery when necessary.
- Prepare accurate daily reports to track production indicators and equipment performance.
- Expertly disassemble and reassemble heavy equipment components using hoists and hand tools.
- Perform preventive maintenance to optimize operational efficiency.
- Identify and proactively report any product deviations or equipment malfunctions to minimize production disruptions.
- Strictly adhere to established safety policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace to ensure a safe and efficient operational space.
- Assist in guiding a team of laborers and forklift operators, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the workshop and equipment.
- Follow safety guidelines and work procedures.
- Participate in various manufacturing and quality control stages.

**Qualifications**
- Motivation and willingness to learn a manual and technical trade
- Ability to work in a team and rigor in task execution
- Attention to detail and focus on quality
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Manual and visual dexterity
- Ability to stand for long periods throughout the day
- Experience in welding or manufacturing (a plus)
