**Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia** is currently searching for a **Registration Coordinator** to join our team in Burnaby

The Registration Coordinator is responsible for supporting the evaluation of experience qualifications and advising staff and other stakeholders on policies and procedures. This individual will support the assessment of experience on the Competency Reporting System as well as with the Registration Interview process. Additional duties involve partaking in departmental team functions related to the registration process for engineering and geoscience applicants.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Assists in the creation and updating of online training modules built on the Articulate platform.
- Applies Engineers and Geoscientists BC Privacy and Document/Record Management Policies in all aspects of responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**:
The successful applicant will possess the following:

- Completion of a Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred.
- 2-5 years previous relevant experience.
- Additional training in credentials evaluation is an asset.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including managing multiple competing priorities and adapting quickly to emerging priorities.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficiency in core office programs, and ability to learn new programs (e.g., QlikSense and Membership Relationship Management System).
