**What You Will Do**:
- Oversee the lifecycle of service tickets for low voltage systems, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution. Prioritize and allocate resources to minimize client downtime and maintain service quality. Implement tracking systems to monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
- Lead the technical service team in daily operations, coordinating tasks, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring performance. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, addressing operational challenges to meet service delivery targets.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop accurate cost estimates for low voltage installations. Analyze project requirements, assess labor and material needs, and contribute to detailed project proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company profitability goals.
- Manage and schedule the installation and servicing of ULC fire alarm monitoring systems. Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards, and maintain accurate records of all activities for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Lead initiatives to research, evaluate, and implement new access control technologies. Stay informed on industry trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop pilot programs to test and refine new solutions for broader deployment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service updates, inquiries, and issue resolution. Provide timely and clear communication, fostering strong, long-term relationships through excellent customer service.
- Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure that all technical services meet established standards. Regularly review completed work, identify improvement areas, and enforce corrective actions to maintain high service quality.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the technical staff. Mentor team members, encouraging professional growth and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure all technical services comply with industry regulations, codes, and safety standards. Implement safety protocols and conduct regular audits to verify compliance, addressing any issues that arise to protect employees and clients.
- Responsible for the overall management and performance of the technical service department, ensuring it operates efficiently and meets all service delivery targets.
- Analyze workloads and resource availability to allocate personnel, equipment, and materials efficiently. Continuously seek ways to improve team efficiency and productivity, ensuring optimal performance in service delivery.
**What You Will Bring**:
- A diploma/degree in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Science.
- At least 5 years of work experience required in a relevant field.
