We're searching for a Restaurant Manager that has the leadership skills and the hospitality to be an asset to Winifred's English Pub in Thornbury. Overlooking the Mill Pond, Winifred's is home to Thornburys largest waterfront patio with eye catching views, house made food, and signature cocktails. You will lead the restaurant team where we prioritize great culture, respect and take pride in providing genuinely memorable guest experiences. We're looking for passionate and detail orientated leaders that are driven to grow and improve. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you

The Restaurant Manageris responsible for optimizing operations, team building, cost controls, administration and floor management during service. They are responsible for staff development with their ultimate goal of creating future managers and a cohesive team environment. The ideal manager would be a resourceful, process-oriented problem solver, who can communicate clearly while working in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail and organizational skills.

**What Are We Looking For?**:

- Has a SmartServe certification
- Has a flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays according to restaurant needs
- Has 1+ years of serving and/or bartending experience in a refined restaurant environment
- Has 1+ years experience in a leadership role such as Head Server, Lead Bartender, FOH Supervisor, etc.
- Motivated learner when it comes to technology, software and restaurant operations
- Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Working towards or completion of education focused in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Business or related field (bonus)
