Overview:
Under the supervision of the warehouse manager, the incumbent, either personally or throughout subordinates, assists in planning, organizing, and directing the receipt, storage, and distribution of all warehouse goods and items.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assists Warehouse Manager with the daily management of both the on-site and off-site warehouses.
- Receives inventory from vendors and appropriately tracks and logs such.
- Assists Warehouse Manager in the direction of daily activities of the Warehouse Attendants.
- Ensures that inventory is stored in the correct location and in the appropriate manner.
- Ensures that proper procedures are complied with when generating the documents necessary for daily operations.
- Responsible for communicating any operational needs to the Warehouse Manager.
- Supervise and assist in receiving of all food, beverage, non-food deliveries, and UPS/ Fed-Ex packages.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
- Always promote positive public/employee relations.
- Able to work hours (T.B.C) as business demands.
- Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS

- Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
- Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.
- High School Diploma preferred. 3-5 years of warehouse experience in a lead role and/or a combination of work experience and education.

SKILLS

- Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Must possess the ability to take charge, make improvements, build teams, and make decisions.
- Must be able to follow safety rules and procedures as dictated by the Warehouse manager.
- Must possess the ability to operate a computerized inventory system.
- Must have working knowledge of MS Word, and Excel. Stratton-Warren knowledge is desired.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Must be able to read write and speak English effectively.
- Must be able to work standing for long periods of time as well as walking, lifting, and bending during the course of the shift.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional office setting, but there may be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, excessive noise.
