**Vista Source Inc** is looking for a seasoned **Sales & Marketing Manager **to join our exciting new start-up. You will promote and sell a new innovative technology to the residential and commercial marketplace. We are the Exclusive Canadian distributors of TPB Tech from Spain.

Are you a maverick? Someone who thrives on independence? This requires someone who can see the big picture and realizes it will take some time to fill the lead funnel before we're ramped up with deals coming in. Therefore this will suit someone with an entrepreneurial mindset. The rewards will be worth the wait. We're even open to you keeping you current gig until the leads convert to commissions.

This is a work from home office opportunity; however meetings with clients at our showroom or at their location is required. Therefore you must be located in the GTA.

**Your Day-to-Day**
- Create and manage a social media campaign through IG, TT, FB, X and LI
- Generate and qualify leads through prospecting
- Follow up with supplied leads through our advertising campaign
- Updating CRM
- Leverage product features to potential clients to ensure they gain the most value from our offering
- Stay up-to-date with the competitive environment within our industry
- Quote projects and demonstrate our technology in our North York showroom
- Schedule installation and delivery for projects
- Manage the dealer network

**All About You**
- You **MUST** have 5+ year(s) of experience in sales; 1+ year(s) experience in the cabinet or home improvement industry (bonus)
- You **MUST** have a extensive understanding of current social media marketing by growing organicaly and with paid ads.
- You have prior B2B and B2C sales experience
- You have prior experience with cold calling and direct sales
- You have a track record of self-improvement, upward growth, and top performance with KPIs or quotas
- You know how to use a CRM such as Hubspot
- Profeciency in MS Office appliactions
- You are passionate about sales and the home improvement industry
- Must have a car
- Advanced math and troubleshooting skills necessary
- Cooking skills
- This is a high end niche market therefore excellent presentation skills are paramount and you must exude professionalism.
