As the Collections Specialist you are responsible for managing collections for a portfolio of accounts. This role calls for time management skills, your passion for solving problems and exceptional communication skills.
- Perform outbound calls to collect past due arrears
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and proven collection work experience
- Respond to inquiries regarding delinquent accounts
- Reconcile customer accounts on a regular basis, review and resolve billing related issues
- 2-5+ years of working in Collections/ Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work proactively
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and proven collection work experience
- 2-5+ years of working in Collections/ Accounts Receivable experience
