**FIRST ONSITE property restoration** is seeking to hire a new **Project Manager to join our team** **in Brockville** to scope and estimate the work required to restore properties to their pre-disaster state.

As the Property Manager, you will ensure that property owners and insurance adjusters have an outstanding experience and are informed and satisfied throughout the multiple projects.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT MANAGER**

As a Project Manager, you play a key role in ensuring that projects are completed on time and to our quality standards. To the property owner, adjuster, and insurance company, you are the face of our company, and you deliver nothing short of exceptional experiences.

You establish trust as you consult with clients about projects, answering their questions and following up with them to ensure complete satisfaction. You prepare accurate quotations, job costing, and estimating. You are happiest when you are challenged

Throughout each project you manage, you inspect progress and work quality to ensure that emergency and rebuild timelines are met and in alignment with policy and guidelines. You manage all sorts of restoration claims including water damage, fire damage to both residential and commercial properties.

The strong relationships you build with home/business owners, adjusters, property managers, and other key players assist you in generating new leads/sales. Your knowledge of the restoration/construction industry, your skills as an estimator, and your **ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT** help you excel as a **PROJECT MANAGER**.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Positive Energy and an Entrepreneurial SPIRIT
- Restoration/renovation or construction industry experience
- Knowledge of Canadian building construction and codes
- Experience with Xactimate a BONUS
- Experience planning and monitoring budgets
- Valid driver's license - FULL G
- Clean criminal record
- Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
- Work activities may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
