Independent Sales Representative

As an Independent Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities to promote our products and services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct inside sales activities to generate leads and close sales
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales progress
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive market growth
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach potential customers
- Drive technology sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions
**Skills**:
- Proven experience in inside sales, technical sales, or related fields
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Strong business development acumen to drive market expansion
- Fluency in English or in French is required; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques is advantageous

- 2 To 3 years of relevant sales experience
