**Marketing Operations Co-Op/Intern**:
**Job location**: Ottawa, Canada

**Term length**:4 or 8 months starting May 2023

**About the team**:
We're looking for someone who has a willingness to roll up their sleeves and jump into different projects while supporting the Marketing Operations team. A self-starter with a can-do attitude and enthusiasm for learning, the Marketing Operations Co-Op/Intern Student will be part of a fast-paced, global team, and will take on cross-functional tasks that support the team and the business.

**What you will do**:

- Source new contact details from various data platforms
- Manage a variety of contact refresh projects
- Identify and escalate any data issues within the marketing database
- Maintain database integrity by adhering to and enforcing standards and controls
- Support analytics projects when requested
- Support other marketing initiatives as needed

**What we are looking for**:

- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Currently enrolled in a Marketing program
- Be a self-starter who is passionate about learning and growing in their career

**Things that would definitely help**:

- Experience/interest in Marketing Automation Platforms (i.e. Eloqua) an asset
- HTML/CSS, JavaScript coding experience
- Database platform familiarity ie. ZoomInfo and D&B
- Familiarity / experience of Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes using tools like SQL
- Familiarity of marketing performance analytics or general performance analysis
- Familiarity of BI tools e.g. Power BI, Domo, Tableau considered
