**Responsibilities**:

- Work with a fast-paced team to design leading edge networking software
- Follow an Agile software development process to ensure high quality and quick delivery
- Interact daily with other designers, developers and testers and contribute through UX deliverables, design reviews and implementation discussions with development to ensure designs can be implemented.

**You will gain**:

- First-hand experience designing for real customer software solutions
- Visibility of the full software development life cycle from requirements through to test
- A strong sense of responsibility for quality and completion of assigned tasks

**Required Skills / Qualifications**:

- For UX design, experience with UX design methodologies and design tools
- Understanding of user-centered principles of design
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter, highly motivated with good interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for UX design and a willingness to learn

**Nice to have Skills**:

- For UX design, experience with Sketch or Axure or other similar design tools.
- Strong analytical skills to assess user workflows
- Co-op salaries are based on number of school years completed and previous co-op experience. Salaries range from $18 to $27/hour. Come join us for a term and discover how rewarding and fun a co-op term (or two) can be._
