Selon les besoins du département assigné, l'Assistant(e) Administratif est responsable de l'accueil et de l'assistance aux visiteurs, de la réalisation des projets assignés, du classement et de la tenue des dossiers, ainsi que de la correspondance générale du bureau. - Greet arriving and departing visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.

- Maintain department filing system.

- Assist in submitting invoices for payment and reconciling expense reports.
- Complete special projects as assigned by corporate leadership.
- Communicate professionally at all times with visitors and teammates.

- Previous administrative support experience, preferred
