**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Head, Research and DEI, the Coordinator provides support to DEI programming, including student initiatives, working groups, parent engagement, and employee programs. In this role that has strong student engagement, the person will be involved in activities and supporting projects across the school - from admissions to co-curriculars. This includes preparing materials for meetings, events and workshops offered by the department and assisting with research, drafting, revising and maintaining DEI communications (e.g., newsletters and the website).

Work experience and/or course work in DEI-focused areas and/or in child and youth programming is a strong asset (this includes human rights, anti-racism with a focus on anti-Black racism, equity and inclusion studies, Indigenous education, gender and sexuality studies, dismantling systems of oppression, and/or peace and conflict studies).

This is an on-campus, in person position.
