**Job Title**: E-Commerce Coordinator - Customer Service Coordinator
**Division**: Erikson Consumer
**Location**: Baie-D’Urfe, QC
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM

**Responsibilities**:

- E-Commerce Customer Support.
- Manage inventory and orders online.
- Support B2B and B2C websites.
- Create product listings online and update inventory levels on a regular basis.
- Answer customer queries.
- Process and track all customer orders received thru Online Portals.
- Prepare supporting documents thru ERP system.
- Co-ordinate with other department to ensure orders are shipped on time.
- Process returns and refunds.
- Maintain a mínimal backlog.
- Provide excellent customer service.

**What we are looking for**:

- Relevant experience working in an eCommerce environment.
- Experience with B2B & B2C website maintenance.
- A demonstrated ability to coordinate projects and work cross-functionally as a team to complete ongoing tasks and projects.
- 1 - 2 year of similar work experience, preferably in a distribution company.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and Excel.
- Excellent communications skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated organizational ability and follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as autonomously.
- Strong attention to detail, meticulous.
- Bilingual.

**Responsabilités**:

- Support client e-commerce.
- Gérer l'inventaire et les commandes en ligne.
- Prise en charge des sites Web B2B et B2C.
- Créez des listes de produits en ligne et mettez régulièrement à jour les niveaux d'inventaire.
- Répondre aux demandes des clients.
- Traiter et suivre toutes les commandes des clients reçues via les portails en ligne.
- Répondre aux appels entrants et aux courriels des clients.
- Préparer les pièces justificatives via le système ERP.
- Coordonner avec les autres départements pour s'assurer que les commandes sont expédiées à temps.
- Traiter les retours et les remboursements.
- Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Expérience pertinente de travail dans un environnement de commerce électronique.
- Expérience avec la maintenance de sites Web B2B et B2C.
- Une capacité démontrée à coordonner des projets et à travailler de manière interfonctionnelle en équipe pour mener à bien les tâches et les projets en cours.
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle similaire, de préférence dans une entreprise de distribution.
- Excellentes compétences en communication (écrite/verbale) et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité d'organisation et suivi démontrés.
- Capacité démontrée à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et au rythme rapide.
- Capacité démontrée à travailler harmonieusement en équipe ainsi qu'en autonomie.
- Grand souci du détail, minutieux.
- Bilingue.
