L’analyste financier(ère) est principalement responsable de collaborer avec les gestionnaires de projet et le (la) gestionnaire, Services financiers, en ce qui concerne l’analyse des transactions relatives aux projets d’immobilisations achevés ainsi que le transfert, en temps opportun, des soldes des travaux en cours (TEC) au grand livre des immobilisations. En collaboration avec le (la) gestionnaire, Services financiers, l’analyste financier(ère) est responsable des processus en matière d’immobilisations, de la préparation de budgets et de la prévision de la dépréciation.

Description d'emploi

Responsabilités principales:

- Examiner les projets terminés et collaborer avec les gestionnaires de projet pour l’analyse des coûts et la mise en place des immobilisations correspondantes.
- Examiner les projets pour la décomposition des composants et déterminer la quantité et la classification appropriées des actifs.
- Déterminer la durée de vie utile appropriée pour l’amortissement des actifs.
- Évaluer si les nouveaux actifs ont remplacé des actifs existants ou entraîné leur déclassement, et demander les autorisations et disposer des actifs existants en conséquence.
- Examiner trimestriellement les amortissements cumulés sur les projets en cours.
- Entreprendre des projets spéciaux ou y participer, selon les affectations.

Formation:

- Baccalauréat d’une université ou d’un collège reconnu avec une spécialisation acceptable en commerce, en administration des affaires, en économie ou dans un domaine connexe, ou une combinaison équivalente d’études, de formation et d’expérience.
- Le titre professionnel est un atout.

Expérience:

- Plus de cinq (5) ans de connaissances et d’expérience pertinentes.
- Expérience obligatoire de l’analyse financière et du traitement d’une grande quantité de données. Excellentes compétences en informatique, particulièrement avec Excel, et aptitude à présenter de l’information complexe de façon claire et concise.
- Une expérience de Workday et de Power Bi serait considérée comme un atout.

Connaissances:

- Connaissance des techniques et des méthodes de recherche, de collecte de données, de validation, de vérification et d’analyse.
- Connaissance des principes de comptabilité et de gestion financière, y compris des normes internationales d’information financière (IFRS), particulièrement des méthodes, des techniques, des tendances et des nouveautés en matière d’analyse et de rapports financiers.
- Connaissance des IFRS, en particulier les politiques comptables relatives aux immobilisations.
- Connaissance des contrôles internes à l’égard des rapports financiers.
- Connaissance de l’évaluation des dépenses pour déterminer la classification appropriée entre les dépenses de fonctionnement et d’immobilisations.

- Aptitude à communiquer efficacement, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Aptitude à établir les priorités et à effectuer des tâches multiples dans un environnement en évolution.
- Aptitude à travailler de façon autonome avec un minimum d’encadrement et de supervision dans un environnement dynamique.
- Aptitude à répondre à plusieurs demandes et à composer avec des échéances conflictuelles.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et approche détaillée et méthodique pour la planification et l’exécution du travail.
- Aptitude à examiner la documentation afin d’en assurer l’exactitude et l’intégralité, et à prendre les mesures appropriées.

Qualités personnelles:

- Autonomie, bonne organisation et aptitude à travailler en équipe et de manière autonome, avec un minimum de supervision.
- Esprit d’enquête et volonté de filtrer des volumes élevés de données pour parvenir à une solution.
- Grande importance accordée au service à la clientèle et excellentes qualités relationnelles.
- Orientation sur les objectifs.
